How long does my order ?

All candles and wax melts are handmade and made to order. Currently there is a 1-3business day (Mon-Fri) processing time before the items are delivered. They are mainly delivered in the order they are received. Faster delivery times at checkout only applies after the 1-2 business day processing time. So for example if you've placed your order today, the business day count would start tomorrow and count 1-2 days including Sat and Sun and that's when the order will be delivered by. Delivery times depends on location and weather we are located in Kansas. It usually takes an additional 2-3 business days. What is your return policy? 

We currently have a no refund and no exchange policy. However, please let us know if there is a problem with your order so we can resolve the issue.
