Scents & Gifts offers handmade candles, wax products, home fragrance products, gifts, and related items. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, appearance, placement of decorative elements, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. We may update product information, pricing, or availability when necessary.
2. Candle and Product Safety
Customers are responsible for following all candle-care, burning, and safety instructions provided with our products or on our website. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
Scents & Gifts is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow provided safety instructions, or use of a product for a purpose other than its intended use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been received, we will contact you regarding the available resolution.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact Scents & Gifts within 7 days of delivery. Qualifying issues may be resolved through a remake or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
